Singapore time (SGT).
A small, hosted video lunch for founders building across Asia-Pacific. You talk about what’s actually happening in your business. So does everyone else.
Most founders carry the hard parts alone.
- The hire that isn’t working.
- The market that isn’t moving.
- The cash conversation you keep putting off.
Your team can’t hear it. Your investors shouldn’t. Your friends mean well, but they haven’t built anything.
Networking events don’t fix this.
You spend two hours swapping cards and hearing polished versions of everyone’s quarter. Nobody says the real thing, because half the room is selling. You leave having talked a lot and said nothing, and the decision you walked in with is still waiting for you.
Catalyst Exchange works differently because the rules are different.
- Four founders at most, plus me as host.
- Cameras on, lunch or tea in hand.
- No selling of any kind. If someone starts pitching, I bring it back.
- Each exchange mixes markets on purpose: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Sydney.
The founder who solved your problem might have done it in a country you’re about to enter.
How it works.
- Join the waitlist.A short form: what you’re building, where, and what you’re working through right now. I read every one.
- Get matched.I bring together founders facing a similar challenge, not necessarily from the same industry.
- Bring lunch or tea.One hour, on two Fridays a month. Lunch at 12:30pm SGT or teatime at 4pm SGT.
- Start honest. Each person gets a few uninterrupted minutes on one real question. Then it opens up.
- Keep going. You get a short recap, plus a direct introduction to anyone in the group worth knowing.
Lunch or tea.
Sessions are planned for Fridays, twice a month. Pick the time that suits you when you join the waitlist.

The first 4 tables are free while the format is being shaped. If the hour is useful, come back.
If it isn’t, you’ve lost an hour and had lunch with four interesting people.

It takes about two minutes. The question about what you’re working through matters most, so take your time with that one.
I read every response myself, and I’ll be in touch when there’s a group that fits.
You’re on the waitlist.
Thanks for telling me what you’re working through. I read every response myself, and I’ll be in touch when there’s an exchange that fits.
There’s no newsletter and no sales sequence. You’ll just get an email from me when I have a date for you.
